Account Transfer Guide

Usually, the setup process takes no more than 10 minutes.
Carefully check the availability of everything necessary before starting the changes:

• Ensure that the terminal was purchased by the previous owner 120+ days ago. Also, make sure that the terminal has been in operation for at least 90+ days. Otherwise, the system will not allow the transfer.
• Absence of debt on the existing account.
• Data to access the existing account: email and password.
• Email of the new owner (not the one that has already been used).

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to the website www.starlink.com in your browser.
2. Log in to your existing account by clicking on "Sign In."
3. Make sure there is no debt on the existing account. In the "Amount Due" section, it should be indicated as: 0.
4. On the right side (or below if you're doing this from a phone), in the "Your Starlink Terminals" section, choose the relevant terminal (if you have multiple) and click on the "Manage" button.
5. Carefully check and copy the following data from the opened page:

1. Starlink Identifier
2. Serial Number
3. Kit Number (KIT)

⚠️   Handle the data with care

Send the necessary information through a text message to "Saved" or to a trusted person. This way, you will avoid the unintentional loss of these important data.

6. Press the "Suspend Service" button.
7. Click on the "Confirm" button.
8. You will be shown the date until which the Starlink terminal will operate in normal mode. Until this moment, you don't need to transfer it to another user, and therefore, there is no need to pay an additional tariff.

⚠️   Advice

Sometimes, this period can be almost a month. To avoid overpaying for the tariff again, you may need to proceed to the next step on the day of expiration.

9. Press the "Transfer" button.
10. Click on the "Confirm" button.
11. Optionally, provide the email address of the new owner.
12. At this stage, the Starlink terminal will disappear from your account.
